Yukhoe made with luxurious A4 rank Wagyu beef.The reason we chose A4 grade instead of A5 grade is because we tasted it many times and selected the amount of fat that would be most delicious without being too heavy.We paid particular attention to the thinness, cutting it into 2mm slices, and creating a yukhoe that you'll want to eat as many slices as you like, coated in our special sauce.
